I am a values-driven coach who brings clarity, calm, and purpose to my practice. With 38 years of professional experience across the private, public, and voluntary sectors, I offer a rich and nuanced perspective shaped by a career spanning the UK, Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East.

My coaching is deeply informed by my own leadership & life journey, allowing me to support others with empathy, insight, and practical wisdom. For over 10 years, I led as a chief executive across multi-site teams delivering services to the public, with stakeholders and partners. I successfully merged two local community-based businesses, creating a new culture and strategic purpose for all involved.

Rooted in a strong sense of public service, I am passionate about helping individuals grow through meaningful, grounded conversations that foster independence and emotional steadiness.
